You'll work with various stakeholders to evaluate existing incentive plans and/or design new ones. Your main duties will include:
- Analyzing and interpreting compensation data, conducting research, and providing clear recommendations.
- Managing salary surveys, market analysis, and benchmarking.
- Communicating team objectives and results to ensure everyone is aligned.
- Creating and presenting regular reports to department leaders.
We're looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Math, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- A solid understanding of mortgage compensation concepts, including plan documents, modeling, and the full compensation lifecycle.
- Experience with base and incentive compensation methods and a knack for finding creative solutions.

Responsibilities
The Compensation Manager will be responsible for managing base and incentive compensation functions: perform extensive compensation analysis, design, modeling and payment for a variety of quarterly, monthly and annual mortgage incentive plans, along with administration of Quarterly Adjustment Processes and annual Base Bonus Equity process. As the Manager, you will monitor and present productivity results to department leaders. Motivates, trains, coaches and counsels staff as appropriate.
