As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment. This role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping people. The ideal candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs. Provide expert product knowledge, offer recommendations, and assist with a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.
  
  
• Sales & Goal Achievement: Actively promote products and special offers. Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through upselling and cross-selling.
  
  
• Store Operations: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system. Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, restocking merchandise, and maintaining a tidy sales floor and backroom.
  
  
• Merchandising & Inventory: Assist with receiving new shipments, organizing and tagging merchandise, and creating visually appealing displays. Help conduct inventory counts as needed.
  
  
• Problem Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
  
  
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a team to support store goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
