Responsibilities
The Recruiting Site Coordinator is an essential liaison, ensuring that the daily recruitment operations at a designated client site run efficiently. This role involves supporting the entire hiring process, from initial job posting to final placement and onboarding, focusing on timely and positive interactions with candidates and on-site clients.
- Candidate Management:
Post job openings, source and screen candidates, and maintain communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Logistics & Scheduling:
Coordinate interviews, manage last-minute changes, arrange candidate travel, and ensure a seamless interview experience.
- Administrative Support:
Prepare offer letters, process background checks, and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Client Relations:
Act as the primary contact for clients at the site, ensuring needs are met and service level agreements are followed.
- Onboarding:
Assist new hires with the initial stages of their employment to ensure a smooth transition and a positive start.
- Process Improvement:
Proactively identify and resolve issues in the hiring process, contributing to efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Compliance:
Ensure all hiring procedures adhere to company policies and relevant employment laws.
