This is a dual-role position where you will be the first point of contact for our customers while also providing essential clerical support to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate Phones: Handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, answering customer questions and directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Heavy Order Review: Meticulously review and process customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Other Clerical as Assigned: Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- General Administration: Assist with other office tasks as needed.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a primary focus on Excel and Word.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and work independently.
- Must be able to move from office to warehouse and help count inventory, clean, move pallets or help order pick up to 50 pounds.
