Responsibilities

A leading commercial and industrial roofing company, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Bookkeeper to manage their financial records and daily accounting tasks. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of the company and requires a meticulous professional with a understanding of accounting principles, particularly those relevant to the construction and roofing industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient with accounting software and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Familiar with contracting work- progress invoicing (construction accounting term)
• Entering bills and assigning to right projects
• Assist in tracking project costs, including materials, labor, and subcontractor expenses, to ensure accurate job profitability analysis
• AR duties
• Filing
• Ok with fully remote or hybrid
• Flexible hours: Will work around hours of person hired for the job

Accounts Receivable (3 years of experience is required)
