Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and clients by phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and concerns.
- Manage customer orders and billing questions.
- Use ERP systems (Macola experience is a plus) for order processing and data entry.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer support role.
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Excel.
- Skilled in multitasking, data entry, and order processing.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
salary: $20 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer, vendor, and client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Provide accurate information about products or services and guide customers through problem-solving steps.
- Document and update customer records and interactions in our systems.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.
- Perform administrative duties as needed, including data entry and order processing.
