Responsibilities
- Will support the release of titles to customers, ensure accuracy of incoming titles, and perform Q/A before releasing (Titles may include vehicles, trailers, and semis)
- May have limited interactions with customers to resolve any complex issues or remediate information
- Releasing 3000-5000 titles per month, or 20-25 service requests at any given time.
- Responsible for up front process: following up with the customer to ensure the title has been sent to the team and perfected correctly. The process takes anywhere from 30-90 days
- Responsible for supporting entire life of the loan
- Finally, this team is responsible for the release process
- A lot of crossover work
