This hands-on role will oversee day-to-day operations at a 2-person site. You'll be instrumental in handling a variety of office services tasks, including printing, copying, scanning, and mail management. Beyond that, you'll be the go-to person for conference room setups and the primary point of contact for customer issues, ensuring strict contract compliance. salary: $17 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities

As an Operations Specialist, job duties include:

• Develop, implement, and review operational procedures.
• Manage invoicing and interact with customers to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in the daily management of facilities, reporting and escalating issues.
• Act as the primary contact for customer concerns and contract compliance.
• Understand and track Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations.
• Maintain daily functions such as creating work orders, monitoring contractors, and conducting inspections.
• Handle formal customer contact and interact with vendors and facility occupants.
• Report facility issues (e.g., light bulb outages, plumbing) and assist in scheduling repairs.

Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a Operations Specialist within a Legal environment.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively set goals, lead, and train employees.
