The ideal candidate is highly organized, has a strong background in international shipping, and excels at client relations. You'll be central to our operations, managing the entire shipment process while providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish. Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in a logistics or similar role with a focus on client relations and customer service.
- strong understanding of ocean and air export procedures and customs regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Competence with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to work in person and start immediately.

Responsibilities
- Client Relations & Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and resolving any issues to ensure a smooth experience. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is essential for this role.
- Coordinate Export Shipments: Manage all aspects of international shipping for both ocean and air freight.
- Handle Documentation: Prepare and process essential customs documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Manage Freight: Oversee the proper handling, storage, and movement of goods.
- Maintain Records: Ensure all shipping records and databases are accurate and up-to-date.
