As a Fulfillment and Distribution Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for our fulfillment clients, acting as a crucial link between them and our internal teams. In this dynamic role, you'll manage client accounts, set up and maintain our fulfillment sites, and coordinate with teams like Sales and Finance to make sure everything runs smoothly and accurately. Responsibilities

 Act as the primary client liaison for fulfillment-related activities, coordinating
closely with Sales and Account Customer Service Representatives to ensure all
client requirements are met accurately and on time.
 Set up, configure, and maintain all new and existing Veracore fulfillment sites to
ensure smooth operations and accurate data management.
 Manage and process monthly billing for fulfillment clients in collaboration with
the Finance team.
 Monitor automated email notifications, responding promptly with appropriate
actions such as reorder processing, inventory disposition, or proactive client
support.
 Continuously identify and recommend improvements to fulfillment processes,
workflows, and client communications to drive efficiency and customer
satisfaction.
 Report directly to the Fulfillment and Distribution Manager, providing regular
updates on client activity, system performance, and project status.
