We are seeking a Quality Lab Technician candidate to join our team, a leader in cosmetics, in the Doral, FL area. You will be a key member of their quality team, responsible for conducting precise laboratory tests on our products. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in laboratory procedures and data collection, preferably from an industrial lab environment in a manufacturing facility.  This is a full-time, direct hire position. Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate and operate the lab equipment.
• Collect and analyze samples and troubleshooting issues.
• Products test and issue their respective CoA.
• Approve the different phases in the batching process.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following safety protocols and conducting internal audits.
• Handle and dispose of chemicals safely.
• Train new employees on how to use laboratory equipment.
• Keep the laboratory clean and organized.
• Monitor chemical processes and test product quality to make sure that they meet standards and specifications.
• Prioritize orders, maintaining lab equipment and documenting the processes during each chemical test.
• Compiling and interpreting lab test results and correcting potential anomalies in results.
