As the Administrative Assistant, you'll be the supportive force behind the Director. You will manage a variety of tasks, from scheduling and communication to administrative and operational duties, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. This role requires flexibility, consistency, and a sharp eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s calendar and coordinate all scheduling, ensuring a smooth flow of information to employees and management.
- Provide a full range of administrative and office support, including resolving administrative issues and inquiries.
- Handle various accounting and human resource-related tasks as assigned by the Director.
- Support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of company initiatives.
- Assist with executive travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
- Serve as a reliable backup to the Purchasing Coordinator and provide support to all departments.
What We're Looking For:
- Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- time-management skills with the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- A reliable, detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and a quick aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- A demonstrated understanding of customer service principles.
