We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join our client’s team in a HVAC company environment. This role is fully on-site in Medley, FL—no remote work is available. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

***THIS ROLE IS FULY IN OFFICE, FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT AT AN HVAC COMPANY - MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH!***

• Engage with customers across multiple platforms and applications, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and phone queues.
  
  
• Manage high-volume B2B order placement and process claim requests (returns, exchanges, shipping issues, fraud investigations).
  
  
• Act with urgency to resolve customer needs and provide accurate updates.
  
  
• Support the internal Sales team and collaborate across departments.
  
  
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional communication.
  
  
• Process online account registrations and communicate with customers about their status.
  
  
• Identify and communicate sales leads to the appropriate team.
  
  

Schedule & Compensation:

• Shift: First shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  
  
• Compensation: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
