- Data Management: Maintain and update billing and AR records.
- System Billing: Utilize the Famous system to create and submit invoices.
- Experience: Must have prior experience in accounts receivable or invoicing.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the food production industry or with high-volume invoicing is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing Research & Processing: Match incoming invoices with corresponding records in the system and ensure accurate entry.
- Accounts Receivable: Handle AR-related inquiries, ensuring that all invoices are created, submitted, and communicated effectively with clients.
- High Volume Transactions: Process a high volume of invoices for prominent clients such as Costco and Stater Bros.
- Billing via Famous System: Create, submit, and manage invoices through the Famous system, and communicate with clients via email.
- Data Management: Ensure all billing and AR details are properly maintained and updated.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
- Experience: Prior experience in accounts receivable or invoicing is essential. General accounting experience (AP or general accounting) is not required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the food production industry or with high-volume invoicing is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills for phone screens and client interaction. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment.
