In this position, you'll be responsible for the entire instructional design process—from assessing learning needs and designing course content to creating compelling multimedia pieces that enhance knowledge retention. We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of adult learning theory and the ability to turn complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
salary: $75,000 - $75,001 per year

Responsibilities
- Develop and edit high-quality online learning materials and content, including full courses and curriculums.
- Work with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and design engaging training programs for both domestic and international employees.
- Create a variety of supporting materials such as audio, video, simulations, and interactive exercises to enhance the learning process.
- Apply instructional design theories and methods to ensure the effectiveness and quality of all training materials.
- Collaborate with the HR Training Specialist to align with and achieve all training goals.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure course content is consistent throughout its lifecycle.
