- Oversee and execute end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 5,000+ employees on a weekly and bi-weekly basis using Infinium and/or Workday for 10 entities.
- Union Payroll Administration: Interpret and apply wage and hour provisions outlined in multiple Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
- Accurately calculate and process union-specific payments, including health and welfare contributions, pension, dues, and initiation fees.
- Ensure all union wage increases, premiums, and retroactive payments are calculated and paid correctly.
- Prepare and remit timely payments and reports to various union trust funds.
- Tip Reporting and Compliance: Manage and ensure compliance for all aspects of tip processing, including tip pooling arrangements, service charge distributions, and credit card tip payouts.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with testing and data validation during conversion to Workday.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in end-to-end payroll processing, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Demonstrated experience managing payroll for a large, complex workforce (ideally 3,000+ employees) with multiple pay frequencies (weekly, bi-weekly).
- In-depth, hands-on experience processing union payroll is essential. This includes interpreting Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), calculating union dues, health & welfare contributions, pension payments, and processing retroactive pay adjustments.
- Proven ability to manage complex calculations, perform data validation, and ensure accuracy across multiple entities.
- Direct experience with Workday Payroll is highly preferred.
- Previous involvement in a payroll system implementation, conversion, or major upgrade project, specifically in a testing or validation capacity highly desired.
- Must be ok with working onsite in Las Vegas, NV.
