What You'll Do:
- Lead the daily operations of a customer service team, ensuring smooth performance and top-tier customer interactions.
- Develop and coach your team to exceed expectations, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Track and analyze daily and weekly performance to ensure goals are met—and exceeded!
- Troubleshoot and solve operational challenges, keeping things running smoothly.
- Manage team reports with precision and ensure timely updates for all stakeholders.
- Step in as a point of escalation, handling complex customer issues with care and expertise.
- Provide guidance to your team, helping them tackle challenges and deliver outstanding service.
- Required:
- 3+ years in a customer service role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Bonus Points If You Have:English/Spanish a plus

What your day-to-day will look like:
• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
It’d be great if you also have:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
• Customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
