You will be the backbone of the finance department, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day transactions, and ensuring the integrity of financial data. Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: Managed all incoming customer payments, from recording and depositing to applying against invoices. Prepared and reconciled daily cash receipt reports with bank statements.
  
  
• Accounts Payable: Processed vendor invoices by accurately coding, verifying against purchase orders, and scheduling timely payments.
  
  
• Expense & Credit Card Management: Reconciled monthly corporate credit card statements and audited employee expense reports to ensure policy compliance and accurate general ledger recording.
  
  
• Payroll Processing: Collaborated with HR to process accurate bi-weekly/monthly payroll, including wages, deductions, and tax filings (941s, W-2s).
  
  
• Reconciliation & Inquiries: Performed daily bank and regular general ledger reconciliations (A/R, A/P) to ensure data integrity. Served as the main point of contact for resolving all cash, vendor, and payment inquiries.
