Responsibilities

• Cost Modeling: Develop, maintain, and update standard cost models for all concrete and precast product lines.
• Variance Analysis: Analyze actual manufacturing costs against standard costs, preparing detailed reports on findings and variances.
• Job Costing: Review and analyze job costs for all production and construction projects to ensure accuracy and profitability.
• Collaboration & Improvement: Partner with the operations and project management teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve project margins.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare clear and insightful reports for management that explain cost trends, variances, and financial performance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Provide essential cost data and analysis to assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Month-End Closing: Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes by maintaining the cost accounting system and related records.

Compliance: Ensure all cost accounting activities comply with internal policies, controls, and relevant accounting standards.
