Responsibilities
- Financial Administration:
- Manage aspects of Accounts Payable, including processing invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payments.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable by generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding accounts to maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Assist with bank and credit card statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

- General Administration:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and acting as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems and assist with general office organization.

- Human Resources Support:
- Maintain confidential employee records and assist with new hire onboarding.
- Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
