Responsibilities
- Managing the Hiring and Onboarding Process: This role involves overseeing the entire process from start to finish, including reviewing and approving job postings, coordinating assignment details like dates and rates, and ensuring all required compliance checks (such as background and drug tests) are completed.
- Maintaining the Vendor Management System (VMS): You'll be the primary user of the VMS (specifically Fieldglass), using it to manage job postings, track assignments, and ensure all contract and compliance information is accurately recorded and maintained.
- Acting as a Central Point of Contact: You'll serve as a liaison between various groups, including the internal business team, suppliers, recruiters, and candidates. This involves answering questions and coordinating logistics to ensure a smooth process for all parties.
- Ensuring Compliance and Policy Adherence: A key responsibility is to monitor and ensure that all hiring, contract, and termination processes comply with company policies, legal regulations, and negotiated terms. This also includes managing existing contracts and initiating renewals or terminations.
- Handling Administrative and Project Tasks: The role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You'll be responsible for monitoring contract expirations, handling conversions or terminations, and performing other administrative duties to support the contract labor program.
