Responsibilities
- Reviewing and Auditing Loan Documents: The primary responsibility is to meticulously review all loan files and documents to ensure they are complete and accurate. This includes verifying compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations.
- Processing and Implementing Loans: You'll be responsible for the daily administration of loans, which involves coordinating the booking of new loans and making necessary changes to existing ones. This is a crucial task for supporting the quarter-end activities.
- Managing Loan Files and Records: This role requires you to handle the physical and digital aspects of loan files. This includes receiving, scanning, and indexing documents from various sources and maintaining their status using both automated and manual reports.
- Communicating with Internal and External Customers: A significant part of the job involves communicating with various parties—from internal departments and third-party vendors to customers themselves—to resolve issues, accurately complete loan files, and establish payment plans for outstanding loans.
- Analyzing and Reporting on Loan Data: You will be required to prepare reports and perform analysis on booked loans. This helps identify outstanding issues, track department goals, and provide valuable insights to the leadership team, supporting decision-making and training needs.
