Responsibilities
- Process weekly, bi-weekly, or other payroll cycles for all employees, including production workers, administrative staff, and management.
- Verify and process timekeeping data from time clocks or other tracking systems, ensuring accuracy of hours worked, overtime, and paid time off.
- Manage and process all deductions, including taxes, benefits contributions, garnishments, and union dues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for all employees, including new hires, terminations, and status changes.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
