Responsibilities
- Drive implementation of data operations function to support data integrity, reporting, trading, and portfolio management
- Identify and automate manual data manipulation tasks by continuously monitoring and evaluating incoming data for efficiency and accuracy
- Support the setup of new accounts, configuration of data feeds, and resolution of reporting issues to maintain seamless operations
- Service and resolve transaction breaks in both general custodial accounts and alternative investments, ensuring timely reconciliation and data accuracy
- Establish a center of excellence for data modeling, visualization, and reporting to support business-wide analytics needs
- Collaborate on new product development and enhancements, including evaluation of new technologies and process improvements
- Monitor escalation items for clients and advisors as well as research and respond accordingly
- Assist with presentations and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of professional experience in financial services or a related field
- Understanding of data governance, SOX compliance, and information security protocols
- Experience with performance reporting and CRM systems -- Orion Advisor Tech or Black Diamond preferred; Salesforce is a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
