We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be instrumental in ensuring a positive experience for all walk-in, phone, and will-call clients. If you have a knack for building relationships and a desire to help people in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you.
salary: $23 - $25 per hour

work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to all walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
- Order Management: Process sales orders, provide quotes, and enter accurate information into our system.
- Product Expertise: Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty information. You will also provide technical advice, troubleshoot issues, and help customers find the right products for their needs.
- Sales & Upselling: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and inform customers about related products, add-ons, and current promotions.
- Inventory & Logistics: Pull orders from inventory as required.
- General Support: Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and our customers.
