What You'll Achieve with Our Team
- Pioneer a robust outbound prospecting strategy, engaging technical and business stakeholders through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Architect and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads across multiple verticals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, optimize strategies, and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Manage accurate records and provide timely updates on progress, challenges, and successes to ensure seamless communication and transparent reporting.
- Contribute to our evolving culture by consistently seeking feedback and embracing continuous improvement.
- Exceed monthly and quarterly targets for activity and pipeline generation.
Your Core Strengths
- Demonstrated Proficiency with sales development, business development, or inside sales for 2–4 years.
- Solid Understanding of outbound prospecting and qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC).
- Experience with CRM and outreach platforms like Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, or Outreach.io.
- Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, both written and verbal.
- Strategic Mindset with proven problem-solving abilities and a self-starter mentality.
- Bonus: Familiarity with the AI ecosystem or B2B marketing is a plus.
