Hybrid, work from home on Fridays long term contract role! This role requires the SFA to perform a variety of tasks under time pressure and tight deadlines during critical FP&A delivery periods around quarter close reporting and forecasting cycles. A successful candidate will be able to navigate an ever changing, dynamic environment with a positive demeanor and seek opportunities to drive efficient processes and challenge the status quo.  Must haves: 3-6 years of FP&A-specific experience | FP&A experience: forecasts, budgeting, reconciliations, etc. Any experience with finance as related to HR and labor expenses is really helpful 

salary: $48 - $54 per hour

Responsibilities

Team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. This role will be heavily involved with partnering with our various human resource partners
to accurately forecast global labor expense across Direct-to-Consumer. This role would also be responsible assisting with the actuals reconciliation in partnership with our
Controllership team.
This role will be expected to work independently with various partners across finance as well as other cross-functional business partners to deliver thoughtful forecasts and
variance analyses in their assigned areas. This role requires the SFA to perform a variety of tasks under time pressure and tight deadlines during critical FP&A delivery periods around quarter close reporting and forecasting cycles.
