Responsibilities
- Receiving and assessing the quality of digital and physical photographs.
- Using specialized software to enhance or correct images.
- Printing photos and managing color calibration.
- Organizing digital files and maintaining photo processing equipment.
- Interacting with customers to discuss requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborating with photographers and creative team members.
- Developing film and adjusting photograph colors.
- Examining film and negatives to determine processing requirements.
- Cutting, mounting, and framing photographs.
- Operating and maintaining various types of photography equipment.
- Inspecting finished photographs for quality.
- Retouching and restoring classic photographs.
- Mixing chemical solutions.
- Loading and unloading film rolls.
- Monitoring equipment during processing.
- Keeping detailed records of work orders, customer requests, and stock levels.
- Adhering to environmental standards and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate production records.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Conducting regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
