Schedules and Compensation
- Day Shift: 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM
- Day Shift Pay: $21.00/hour, increasing to $22.00/hour after 720 hours worked.
- Night Shift Pay: $22.68/hour, increasing to $23.76/hour after 720 hours worked.
- Experience and Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. You should have at least one year of related experience, or an Associate's degree or higher with no prior experience necessary.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and/or walk for 12-hour shifts. The role requires the ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 30 lbs. and perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and by bending at the waist and knees.
- Communication Skills: Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English. The training and daily tasks require the ability to understand detailed written and oral instructions.
- Teamwork: You should have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
- Visual Acuity: Must have 20/20 near and distance vision, with or without corrective lenses, and not be colorblind. A pre-employment vision test is part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Support and execute manufacturing operations, including inspecting and/or packaging products.
- Inspect manufactured products for any irregularities or defects.
- Operate and monitor general production equipment such as labelers, parts washers, autoclaves, and stir plates.
- Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
- Clean all portable equipment and production areas to maintain a GMP-compliant environment.
- Receive and distribute supplies to the production area.
- Participate in continuous improvement teams to optimize processes.
- Troubleshoot process problems and review and revise documentation as required.
- Adhere strictly to all cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines, and other applicable regulations.
- Communicate issues related to safety, quality, compliance, and equipment to the manufacturing lead and supervisor.
