Seeking a highly motivated and organized human resources professional to support our “Project NEO” team. This is a short-term, temporary position. This role is essential for project managing the activation and facilitation of key HR initiatives across Talent Management, People Development & Learning, Total Rewards, and Employee Experience. You will play a pivotal role as a strategic thought-partner to VP – Human Resources for NEO ensuring that global and USA HR initiatives are effectively communicated, adopted, and executed by our employee population.

salary: $40 - $40.34 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Program Implementation: Manage and activate HR programs in collaboration with HR teams across Talent, Learning, Total Rewards, and Employee Experience. Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure strong employee adoption.
  
  
• Manage Talent Initiatives: Oversee and coordinate key talent processes like People Reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
  
  
• Drive Employee Engagement: Lead the planning and execution of employee events and learning initiatives, including the Career Squad.
  
  
• Support Total Rewards: Project manage compensation cycles, including the Year-End Review (YER), and assist with headcount management and budgeting.
