Responsibilities
- Manage a range of administrative tasks, including opening and closing the store and handling cash and client service procedures.
- Oversee human resources tasks such as timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling, as well as assisting with hiring and disciplinary processes.
- Handle financial management, including accounts payable, bank deposits, and various annual filings and registrations.
- Lead staff in maintaining company policies and procedures.
- Manage technology, vendor relationships, and facility contracts and maintenance schedules.
