The global company is opening up four large production facilities and is in need of a Facilities and Workplace Experience Coordinator to do a lot of the heavy lifting of the overarching tasks, including managing vendor and landlord relationships, coordinating and monitoring the maintenance of the facilities, handling emergency responses at the facilities, onboarding of 100s of employees, planning events and recognitons, and multiple other tasks.  This is an ever-evolving role and is ideal for a professional who wants to be part of a new adventure with an established company.  

salary: $30 - $31.25 per hour

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager in maintaining sound, healthy, safe, enjoyable work facilities for thousands of employees of a global company 
• Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, cleaning, security, special events, and operational activities of the production facilities
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for the facilities' infrastructure
• Engage, coordinate, and monitor selected vendors for timely and quality delivery of the maintenance services
• Own the communication, tracking, invoicing, payment, and delivery of services from partner vendors
• Manage interactions with landlords to address facility-related issues and maintain that rapport
• Coordinate office moves
• Assist with space planning 
• Respond to and triage facilities-related inquiries to streamline workflows and ensure prompt service in the absence of a formal ticketing system
• Order, organize, and distribute uniforms and gear to a workforce exceeding 500 team members
• Master room setups, supply requests, onboarding of new employees, "work order" follow-ups, and greeting and escorting of new hires as the main point of contact for all the daily tasks of the department
• Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
