Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of approximately 20 commercial retail properties. This role involves the full cycle of property accounting, including monthly financial statement preparation, CAM reconciliations, and ad hoc reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial statements, general ledger, and balance sheet accounts.
  
  
• Process tenant transactions including monthly rent, CAM reconciliations, and utility billbacks.
  
  
• Perform monthly reconciliations and maintain accurate tenant ledgers.
  
  
• Collaborate with property management on annual budgets and process improvements.
  
  
• Ad Hoc Reporting
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  
  
• 3-5 years of experience in general ledger and financial statement preparation.
  
  
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Yardi or similar software preferred.
  
  
• Knowledge of commercial real estate and lease language is a plus.
