- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Specialist, or a similar role.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and update logistics software and records with accurate data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the order and delivery cycle, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation and reports.
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
