What you'll need: • strong knowledge and experience with California compliance forms (both timely filing and content understanding). • Provide general administrative HR support, including follow-up with management on employee files and performance reviews. • Assist with interview screening and onboarding tasks. • 2–3 years of HR Assistant experience with prior administrative background • Experience in companies where HR tasks were fully managed in-house (not outsourced), ensuring knowledge of end-to-end HR processes. • Ability to manage independent workflow. • Must have general HR knowledge to step in when HR manager is out. • Must be comfortable with future increase in working hours.
This is a part-time position, with a schedule of about 20 hours per week to start. The hours are flexible as long as they are within their standard hours of 7am-4pm. Great for someone who needs this flexibilty. There will be potential for an increase in hours.
Compensation: $23-$26/hour
