Responsibilities
- Company: A global private markets investment manager with $174 billion in assets and 2,000 professionals. The company has a hybrid work model: four days in-office, one day remote.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the full employee lifecycle for offices in the US, Canada, and Brazil, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and leave cases like FMLA and disability benefits.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders on talent planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion company values, support DEI initiatives, and lead programs to improve employee retention and engagement.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on conflict resolution and performance management.
- Compliance: Ensure the company's adherence to all local labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the full employee lifecycle for offices in the US, Canada, and Brazil, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and leave cases like FMLA and disability benefits.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- 5-10 years of HR experience, ideally in financial or professional services.
- Proficiency with HR systems, particularly SuccessFactors and ADP Workforce Now.

- Base salary of $120,000 - $150,000, with a performance-based bonus.
