Your Core Responsibilities:
- Export/Customs Compliance: Manage and execute the full export cycle (AES filing, SLI preparation) and/or handle U.S. Customs entry documentation.
- Shipment Management: Own the client experience, acting as the main contact, and coordinating all air and ocean freight movements.
- Documentation: Accurately prepare, audit, and process all necessary shipping, commercial, and customs documents.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve issues related to documentation, transit, and regulatory holds.
- Specialized Experience: At least 1+ years of hands-on experience in Air/Ocean Export Coordination or U.S. Customs Brokerage/Entry Processing.
- Compliance Knowledge: strong understanding of U.S. export regulations and AES/EEI filing, or U.S. Customs entry procedures.
- Detail Mastery: Exceptional organizational skills and an intense focus on detail.

Responsibilities
- Client Relations & Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and resolving any issues to ensure a smooth experience. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is essential for this role.
- Coordinate Export Shipments: Manage all aspects of international shipping for both ocean and air freight.
- Handle Documentation: Prepare and process essential customs documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Manage Freight: Oversee the proper handling, storage, and movement of goods.
- Maintain Records: Ensure all shipping records and databases are accurate and up-to-date.
