We’re seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Operations & Logistics Specialist to partner closely with the CEO and CTO. This role touches procurement, logistics, compliance, and customer support, providing a chance to shape infrastructure and processes as the company grows.

Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and track them through ERP/CRM systems
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, and production to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments, including ITAR paperwork and carrier coordination
- Handle product returns, repairs, and warranty claims; serve as customer point of contact for product support
- Maintain accurate customer account records and resolve billing/logistics discrepancies
- Prepare and ship demo units and trade show equipment
- Support trade show logistics: arrange freight, prep gear, set up/tear down booth, assist with demos
- Assist with invoicing, onboarding paperwork, and general administrative tasks
- Provide support on marketing collateral (user guides, packaging coordination, social media)
- Identify and implement process improvements in order tracking and fulfillment
- Support compliance and reporting related to contracts and regulatory frameworks
- Partner with leadership on budget oversight, insurance, payroll, and general operations strategy
