Candidates will be assigned to one of the following shifts (EST) based on business need: 8a–5p, 9a–6p, 10a–7p, 11a–8p, or 2p–11p. Applicants in all U.S. time zones are encouraged to apply to help cover evening EST shifts.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls through a dialer system as well as manually for designated campaigns.
- Receive inbound customer calls, identify needs, and route inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a blended call center environment.
- Multi-task effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, ideally in financial services or mortgage industry.
- Communication skills with the ability to listen, identify needs, and resolve issues effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple systems and tasks.
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace suitable for handling confidential information.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are a must.
