- 5-7 years recruiting experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- 5+ years experience staffing manufacturing direct labor and overhead direct labor required (i.e. material handlers, assembly technicians, equipment maintenance technicians, welders, etc)
- Proficiency in using Workday for managing candidate applications preferred
- Experience sourcing and recruiting internationally preferred
- Recruiting experience within Manufacturing and Field Service capacities (Direct Labor, Field Services, Equipment Operations, Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Support)

Responsibilities
Role and Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates, with a focus on Manufacturing, Field Services, and overhead support ensuring a positive candidate experience
Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for open requisitions
Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with company policies
Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
