Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Production Manager and client.
- Visit site, assess needs, and plan next steps.
- Oversee project progress, timelines, safety, and quality.
- Complete final client checks and project paperwork.
- Mentor and support technicians, ensuring accountability.
- 3–5 years in a leadership role in construction, restoration, or specialized cleaning.
- A calm, solution-oriented mindset when challenges come up.
- A hands-on attitude and you're not afraid to jump in and support the crew.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, paperwork, and project details.
- Natural leadership that motivates and guides your team with clarity.
- A team-first mentality and the ability to collaborate with all departments.
- Reliability, showing up, following through, and staying calm in urgent situations.
- Schedule: On-call, Monday to Friday, with nights and weekends as needed based on project requirements
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Must have reliable transportation to the office
