- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday Modules: Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence.
- Proven success in transitioning historical system to Workday.
- Advanced understanding of payroll operations, absence policies, and time tracking workflows within Workday.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Workday HCM or Payroll certification.
- Experience in large-scale HR systems projects.
- Familiarity with Workday integrations and reporting tools.
- Proven success in transitioning from ADP eTime to Workday.

Responsibilities
- Capture configuration needs through current system and state analysis
- Establish configuration and implementation of Workday Time Tracking across the U.S. and Puerto Rico
- Drive the transition from ADP eTime to Workday, ensuring minimal disruption and high adoption
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions
- Support system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate payroll and time data for non-union and union populations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, union CBA requirements, company policies, and data governance standards
- Provide post-go-live support and optimization recommendations
- Configure Workday business processes for time tracking workflows
- Configure absence types such as Paid Time Off (PTO), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Jury Duty, etc.
- Customize absence plans based on tenure, employment type, state, exemption status and union CBA requirements
- Implement eligibility rules for absence plans based on location, job profile, etc.
- Partner on integration builds for time-off balance management (limited sites) inbound and outbound
- Collaborate on requirement gathering and solutioning of Workday Absence
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to ensure seamless data flows across modules and support integration
