The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles and a proven track record of managing a variety of financial tasks. salary: $26.44 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable by processing remote deposits and posting customer and tenant payments, as well as generating accurate and timely invoices.
  
  
• Handle accounts payable, including processing vendor bills, monitoring daily cash flow, and resolving vendor disputes.
  
  
• Perform bank reconciliations and review all bank transactions, including incoming and outgoing ACH transfers.
  
  
• Prepare and record journal entries, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
  
  
• Assist with the month-end close process, prepare financial statements, and analyze financial data to address discrepancies and resolve issues.
  
  
• Maintain accurate and timely renewals of various business licenses and insurance policies.
  
  
• Work on special projects as needed, such as assisting with CAM reconciliations, budgets, and construction draws for development projects.
