Responsibilities
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Assist with the recruitment process as needed
• Serve as community outreach coordinator for the site
• Assist with performance management procedures and talent hub milestones
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
• Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Conduct and coordinate new hire orientations
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Answer policy related questions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
