Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Provide daily supervision, motivation, and development for all associates. Conduct annual reviews, establish measurable objectives, and manage conflict resolution. Maintain accurate time tracking (e-Time).
- Operations & Quality: Plan, implement, and evaluate production needs. Inspect finished products for strict quality compliance. Actively identify root causes and implement solutions to reduce scrap and labor variance. Maintain and communicate operations data in daily/weekly meetings.
- Safety: Enforce all safety regulations and housekeeping requirements. Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team (CPR certification a plus).
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required. A 4-year Management Degree or equivalent supervisory experience is a minimum.
- Experience: Previous experience in Supervisory Management within a production or manufacturing environment is essential.
- Skills: Demonstrated planning, organizational, and follow-up skills. Must possess basic leadership skills and a goal-driven attitude toward motivating teams.
- Availability: Must be willing to work 1st or 2nd shift as operational needs dictate.

Responsibilities
TIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for daily supervision of plant associates
- Trains, develops, assesses and motivates plant associates
- Conducts annual performance reviews and establishes measurable objectives for associates
- Maintains & communicates information of plant operations at staff meetings, which are held daily, weekly, and/or monthly
- Understands each associates responsibilities and works with each one to reduce scrap and labor variance
- Inspects products for compliance to specifications and maintains quality
- Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates production and operation needs
- Issues written and oral instructions
- Enforces safety regulations
- Maintains harmony among associates and resolves conflicts proactively by gathering information, mediating, implementing solutions and follow-up as needed; forwards unresolved conflicts to Production Manager for assistance
- Maintains time tracking in e-Time system
