                    COMMERCIAL PROJECT COORDINATOR NEEDED                                (Company located in Suwanee, GA area)        Will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely entry of all commercial orders. This role involves managing inquiries and modifications for light commercial orders, acting as a key point of contact for customers, and ensuring data integrity in the SAP system. The ideal candidate will have really good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.                            PAY - $21 hr.  HOURS - 8am - 4:30pm, Monday thru Fri Qualifications:

• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient in MSOffice Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Proven planning, problem-solving, and business logic abilities.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

 

Order Entry and Management:

• Accurately enter commercial project orders, commercial stocking orders, and international orders.
• Review and enter all commercial PDF orders.
• Review and remove blocks from EDI orders.
• Maintain data integrity in SAP for all commercial orders.

Customer Support:

• Answer order inquiries for Level 1 projects.
• Handle level one modifications including but not limited to simple cancellations, address changes, POC changes, pushing out ship dates, source warehouse changes, and ship partial to ship complete changes.
• Suggest substitutions for out-of-stock products.
• Expedite orders as necessary based on capability.
• Manage BACNET issuance and Legacy BACNET issuance.
