- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Hands-on experience with standard office equipment (e.g., multi-line phone systems, printers, and scanners).
- Professional attitude, appearance, and strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-service oriented approach.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, directing them to the appropriate person or meeting area.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Ensure the reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Provide basic and accurate information about the company in-person and via phone/email.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (e.g., monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges).
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as required.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed by the team.
