Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
● Support the implementation of Fragomen’s I-9 compliance platform, including system
testing and integration validation with Workday
● Assist with the audit and reverification of I-9s from legacy systems
● Partner with Compliance, Legal, People Ops, Operations, and Fragomen to track progress,
resolve issues, and ensure accurate documentation
● Maintain compliance dashboards and prepare updates for leadership
● Help develop training materials, FAQs, and job aids for internal teams
● Ensure all documentation meets audit trail and federal recordkeeping requirements
What We’re Looking For
● Experience in HR compliance, I-9 verification, or audit and remediation projects
● Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday, Paycom preferred)
● Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
● Ability to manage deadlines across multiple stakeholders
● Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
● Prior experience supporting vendor implementations or system rollouts a plus
