- 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in trade support, operations, or a related financial services role.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and absorb complex information quickly from multiple sources in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage and prioritize competing demands efficiently.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and handling large data sets.
- Project management skills with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience working with equity and fixed income products.
- Familiarity with trade matching and settlement platforms (e.g., Omgeo, CTM, or similar).
- Knowledge of custodian and broker relationships in global markets.
- Exposure to process automation or transformation initiatives is a plus.

- Act as an intermediary between traders, brokers, custodians, and internal teams to ensure timely trade confirmations and successful settlements across equity and fixed income markets.
- Manage and resolve inquiries from traders, investment teams, client service, accounting, brokers, custodians, and other third parties.
- Monitor trade workflows to ensure completeness and accuracy of trade data throughout the lifecycle.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve trade discrepancies in a timely manner to mitigate financial and operational risk.
- Leverage Excel and project management skills to track existing trade support processes, manage large data sets, and support operational reporting.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and helping to implement changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business initiatives and meet regulatory requirements.
