We're hiring a dedicated AP Specialist for an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity in White Plains, NY. Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (AP) Management: Process and validate invoices, including G/L coding and timely submission from the Finance inbox to meet internal deadlines.
  
  
• Chargeback and Aging Oversight: Track all chargeback invoices through the full approval cycle and reconcile aging statements, researching and resolving discrepancies with vendors and distributors.
  
  
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary contact for vendor inquiries, building positive relationships while maintaining clear communication with internal and external partners.
  
  
• Process, Compliance, and Support: Adhere to month-end close and internal deadlines, maintain accurate documentation for audits, develop AP process efficiencies, and provide backup for the AP/AR team.
  
  
• Reporting and Projects: Generate accurate, timely reports for senior management and manage special projects.
